Mindfulness & Meditation

Man receiving one-on-one meditation guidance from instructor in a calm, supportive setting

Experience guided, trauma-informed, mindfulness, meditation and breath practices with me that you can then take into your own life. Meditation is increasingly recognised within healthcare and medical settings, with modern neuroscience reflecting what Eastern wisdom traditions have understood for thousands of years. The capacity for humans to change their brain chemistry, physiology and even DNA is now well researched and documented along with the other physical, emotional and cognitive benefits.

Human Design

Your unique, energetic blueprint

Explore the Blueprint of your Unique Expression.

Human Design (sometimes described as our unique energetic blueprint) can be incorporated into our work together. Human Design explains how energy flows through us as well as how this is felt and experienced by others, while teaching us to move beyond purely mind-based decision making and reconnect with the wisdom of the body and innate intuition.

It is a powerful system of self-discovery that offers insight into how we are uniquely designed to move through life. It can illuminate our natural strengths, communication and relationship patterns, emotional processes, energy dynamics, work and purpose, and the ways we may have adapted away from our authentic natures due to conditioning over our lifetime.

People often express, after their first Human Design reading, that a great number of aspects of their life suddenly make sense. I experienced something similar myself, which inspired me to undertake practitioner training with the Australian College of Human Design.

Insight. Alignment. Authenticity.

Ultimately, Human Design leads us back to our uniqueness and our authentic Self that lies under layers of conditioning and highlights how and why we may have been experiencing resistance from others as well as ourselves as we have moved through life.Incorporating Human Design into your holistic therapeutic support can help create truly significant shifts in your experience of living and making the best decisions for yourself.

The system is a unique synthesis of five main components:

  • The Hindu Chakra System

  • The Judaic Kabbalah (Tree of Life)

  • Western Astrology
