Session Fees

60 Minute Counselling Session - Telehealth $130

60 Minute Counselling Session - In Person $140

60 Minute Meditation/Integrative Session - In Person $100

Cancellation Policy

Your time in my calendar is reserved especially for you, and I also hold this time with care and intention. When sessions are changed or cancelled at short notice, it can be difficult to offer that space to someone else who may need it.

With this in mind, I ask for the following notice when making changes to your appointment:

  • Less than 24 hours notice: The full session fee will be charged.

  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

  • More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee applies, and if you have already paid, your session will be fully refunded.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so via your booking link or by contacting me directly.

I appreciate your understanding and care in giving as much notice as possible. This helps ensure that appointment times can remain available for others who may be waiting for support.
